Find answers to common questions
Log in to your account, navigate to "New Request" in the sidebar, fill in the details about your maintenance issue, and submit. You'll receive updates as the request is processed.
Once you're logged in, go to "My Tickets" to see all your maintenance requests and complaints. Each ticket shows the current status (Received, Scheduled, Completed, etc.).
Yes! In the "My Tickets" section, you can click the trash icon (🗑️) next to any ticket to delete it. A confirmation will appear to make sure you want to proceed.
Log in, click "New Complaint" in the sidebar, select the type of complaint, provide details about the issue and which unit it concerns, and submit. Management will review and respond.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
You can report: Noise, Rubbish/Litter, Parking Violations, and Other issues. Be specific and provide details like dates and times when possible.
Response times vary depending on the type of request. Urgent maintenance issues are prioritized. You can track the status of your request in real-time on your dashboard.
Yes! You can call our support team at +27 (65) 536-7495 for urgent matters. For non-urgent requests, email is preferred as it creates a record of your communication.

Can't log in?
